Alterations of any nature—including elevation, exterior color scheme, balcony grills, or any changes affecting the overall design concept—are strictly prohibited during and after completion of the scheme.
RCC elements (beam, column, slab) must not be damaged during interior works.
External laying of low-voltage cables (telephone, TV, internet) must follow consultant service drawings with prior consent of the developer. No cables or conduits shall be installed in a manner that affects the building’s exterior aesthetics.
Irregular payments may result in cancellation of booking.
In case of cancellation, 10% of the payment will be deducted as management service charges. The balance will be refunded only after the unit is released.
Full and final payment, including all legal and extra charges, must be made before registered sale deed/possession.
Units can be resold only after completion of 100% payment.
