💰 Financial Obligations

📑 Stamp duty, registration charges, advocate fees, legal charges, insurance expenses, GEB expenses, gas line expenses, society formation & registration expenses, and society maintenance charges (from the date of BUC) shall be borne by the purchaser.

💸 GST, TDS, and all other taxes prevailing or levied in future will be borne by the purchaser.

🏛️ Any additional charges imposed by government/local authorities during or after completion (e.g., SMC tax) shall be borne by the purchaser.

🏗️ Design & Construction Guidelines

🎨 Changes/alterations of any nature including elevation, exterior color scheme, balcony grills, or modifications affecting the overall design concept are strictly not permitted during or after completion.

🛠️ RCC members (beam, column, slab) must not be damaged during interior work.

📡 Low-voltage cables (telephone, TV, internet) must be laid strictly as per consultant’s drawings with prior consent of the developer.

💡 SMC tax, gas bill, electricity bill, society maintenance charges & security deposit are to be borne by the purchaser after BUC/possession/document registry (whichever is earlier).
