📑 Disclaimer – Shreepad Infinia

Developer Rights – In the interest of continual developments in design and construction quality, the developer reserves the right to make changes in the scheme, including elevation, exterior color scheme, balcony grills, or any other aspects affecting the overall design concept.

Purchaser Obligations – All purchasers shall abide by such changes. Alterations to the scheme are strictly not permitted during or after completion.

Structural Safety – RCC members (beam, column, slab) must not be damaged during interior works.

Cabling & Installations – All external low-voltage cables (telephone, TV, internet) must be laid strictly as per consultant service drawings with prior consent. No wires/cables/conduits shall be installed in a hanging formation on building exteriors.

Payment Terms –

Irregular payments may cause cancellation of booking.

In case of cancellation, 10% of the payment will be deducted as management service charges. The balance will be refunded only after release of the unit.

Full and final payment, including all legal and extra charges, must be made before registered sale deed/possession.

Units can be resold only after completion of 100% payment.

Legal Compliance – Any changes in rules, regulations, or by-laws of government, semi-government, SMC authorities, or RERA implementation are binding on all purchasers/members/allottees.

Jurisdiction – All matters are subject to Surat jurisdiction.
