๐๏ธ Possession will be handed over within one month after settlement of all accounts.
๐ Vastu Puja & furniture work will be permitted only after possession.
3๏ธโฃ Charges & Taxes
๐ฐ Development charges, stamp duty, GST, common maintenance charges, legal charges, MGVCL & VMSS charges will be borne by the purchaser.
